Packed with creative movement, storytelling, arts & crafts, singing and improvisation, our curriculum brings Jazz Explorers back in time to experience some of the highlights of six major eras of Jazz. Whether it be rowing our boats down the Mississippi to second line in the streets of New Orleans, to swing dance at the historic Savoy Ballroom in Harlem, to playing our congas to the beat of the clave in Havana, students are bound to be engaged with each activity and lesson plan.
